Luxury waterfront

Rainwater Services collaborated with Design Works to install 3 x 850 gallon tanks (total 2550 gallons) for irrigation, toilet flushing and hose bibbs. Conveyance piping passes through the block walls and the first floor ceiling so no downspouts are visible. The property presented a particular challenge because there was very little setback to work with. Tall (13-ft) and narrow (4-ft diameter) tanks were the solution. As an additional water conservation measure, waste water from the water softener chorinator tank is pumped into the rainwater tanks, saving an additional 150+ gallons every few days.
